Got up this morning feeling pretty good but weak. Its about 12:00 on sunday morning and just patiently waiting until they can remove Travyns breathing tube. They are weening him off his pain meds and watching him very closely to see if he will breath on his own and wont need the venalator to finish his breaths. They put a feeding tube in this morning so that they can start feeding him formula. The feeding tube is going strait to his intestines so he can get the calories he needs to heal from. they will gradually pull the feeding tube up to his tummy so he can feel the formula and feel a full tummy. :) They took an x-ray at 11:00 to see if the feeding tube was in correctly and where it should be.So far Travyn is still doing excellent and is trying so hard to wake up and breath on his own. My dad had a little chat with him this morning when he was alittle bit awake. He told him he would be "grounded" if he didn't stop relying on the venalator. LOL :)
Thank you all for your love and support. Your prayers are being answered. Your notes have encouraged me to stay strong and Travyn is gonna fight this.. LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH AND COULD NOT DO THIS WITHOUT YOU....
KEEP PRAYING FOR MY BABY TRAY!!!!!
MAY GOD BLESS YOU WITH HIS LOVE.
